We’re looking for a culinary leader who’s not just skilled in the kitchen, but thrives on building strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or hands-on Head Chef, with a track record of developing, motivating, and leading kitchen teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and service staff
  • Relevant culinary qualifications, including a strong working knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification, as required under South Australian legislation—this is essential to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of food safety
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • A flexible and resilient mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment
