HEAD CHEF

Responsibilities
  • lead the team to deliver an outstanding menu by training, motivating, and encouraging your team to be the best they can whilst maintaining an efficient operation, supervising and running the kitchen and adhering to all health & safety legislation.
  • oversee food ordering, stock control, food preparation and the delivery of all kitchen operations
  • work closely with the Group Executive chef to ensure all standards are met and maintained.
  • drive our seasonal menus and enjoying using local produce
