JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Head Chef with at least 5 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, preferably within the UAE restaurant industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing the kitchen independently, leading a team, and maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, including UAE-based restaurant experience
  • Proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
  • Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Strong understanding of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen efficiency
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations (HACCP certification is a plus)
  • Good communication skills in English or Arabic
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
