You will Deputise in the absence of the General Manager/Hotel Services Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Leading operations across Catering and develop the Catering offer to drive sales and profitability Support and carry out site Audits and Assurance checks. Ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, and Kitchen cleanliness Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency Leading and developing the Catering Team Managing budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, environmental and contractual standards Building strong relationships with military stakeholders and responding effectively to customer feedback. What We’re Looking For Essential: Minimum 3 years’ management experience in hospitality, defence, or a similar environment Strong leadership skills with proven experience developing teams Solid financial management, including P&L and budgeting Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders High energy, resilience, and commitment to delivering service excellence Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, and operational systems) Full UK driving licence The role requires full security clearance which also requires a minimum 5-year UK residence and work history. Desirable: Experience within a defence or military environment Living within a reasonable commute of Rosyth.
