EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
  • Previous restaurant management experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key responsibility is to operate Indian style Clay Oven Tandoor for Naan breads and Tikka. (Minimum Experience required - 1 Year)
