As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead one of our kitchens and help shape our evolving food offering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate on the creation and delivery of exciting seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Oversee profitability by managing food costs and adhering to company policies and budgets.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, EHO, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
  • Manage kitchen rotas and staff schedules effectively.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
  • A creative flair for food with a commitment to using local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (with a track record of compliance).
  • Ability to manage kitchen budgets and achieve financial targets.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
