Bramble is a busy upscale gastropub located in the heart of the kingsway. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. Bramble is part of a strong, growing company, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to step into a well-run kitchen and make their mark.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, solid kitchen operations skills, and a deep understanding of the food industry. As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety, while fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in supervising kitchen operations.
  • A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
