THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen and shape the menu. You’ll have the freedom to design and evolve dishes that showcase your creativity while managing the daily operations of a busy kitchen.

• Dreaming up menus that are creative, tasty, and true to the vibe
• Running the kitchen day-to-day, keeping standards high but stress low
• Inspiring, supporting and training your team
• Looking after the important stuff: stock, suppliers, and costs
• Making sure food hygiene is spot-on
