Head Chef - Modern Breakfast & Italian Lunches/Tapas
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen, specialising in modern breakfast dishes and authentic Italian cuisine.

You will

• Develop and execute a creative modern style breakfast menu
• Develop and execute a creative modern Italian Lunch/Tapas menu
• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage Stock, ordering and cost control
• Uphold cleanliness, compliance and food safety standards

You need to demonstrate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a senior role in breakfast and Italian cooking
• Strong Leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Can run a busy kitchen smoothly especially on the weekends and peak times
• Passion for Food, seasonal produce and menu innovation

You must

• Work closely with Mangement however run the kitchen like its your own business
• Be available for weekday and weekend work
• Enjoy working with people, be friendly and have fun
