We are seeking a Head Chef, an exciting opportunity to be part of Casa Camper Family.
You will be responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality. In addition, he/she is responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and the management of profits, stocks, waste control, hygiene practices and training in the kitchen.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for the restaurant’s culinary standards, cost control, collaborating in developing the menu with innovative and sensational dishes, taking into account factors such as seasonal availability and number of customers.
- Train, develop and motivate kitchen staff to meet established food preparation standards on a consistent basis.
- Teach preparation according to well-defined recipes and follow and analyse new ways to constantly improve the establishment’s kitchen.
- Set and maintain the quality standard for the kitchen team.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations regarding health, safety or other requirements.
- Responsibility for maintaining and establishing relationships with food suppliers to ensure product quality.

- You have excellent communication skills and a strong results orientation.
- You are fluent in English, have an intermediate level of German. Knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
- You have a work permit in the European Union without the need for a visa.
