  We are looking for a Head Chef based in Borough Market.
  The ideal candidate will be career-minded and hardworking with a hunger to progress and develop their careers within the company.
  Previous experience of working as a Head Chef is preferred. Good work ethic, motivation, aptitude and commitment are essential.
  We are looking for a Head Chef who:
  -Will be a strong leader, that leads from the front.
  -Has good culinary skills and experience of working as a Chef in previous role.
  -Has a solid understanding of kitchen hygiene standards and procedures to ensure hygiene compliance.
  -Is able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  -Is organised and precise, with a keen eye for detail.
  -Can manage ordering stock, deliveries, stock rotation and can use a stock system (Tevalis)
  -Is food safety trained with the relevant culinary qualifications.
  -Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is not afraid to manage people and situations with confidence.
  -Possesses the ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
  -Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and most important, friendly.
