[MARAE Izakaya at Chadstone Shopping Centre VIC] - Japanese Restaurant Head Chef!!
MARAE Izakaya located at Chadstone Shopping Centre is seeking for Japanese Restaurant Head Chef who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide professional and direction to kitchen personnel where required. You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our restaurant’s specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need:

• Great communication skills and an ability to work well as part of the team.
• At least 3 years Japanese Dining Chef role.
• At least 2 years Izakaya Chef experience highly regarded.
• At least 2 year of Fish Cutting and Handling experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Mon-Sun, 45 hours shift work.
• You must have a valid work visa(i.e. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident Visa or New Zealand Citizen….)

About the Benefits

• Annual wage: $95,000 + Super

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Japanese Dining Chef: 3 years (Preferred)
• Izakaya Chef: 2 years (Preferred)
• Fish Cutting and Handling: 2 years (Preferred)
