THE CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO SUCCEED:

  • Truly passionate about the Hospitality;
  • Previous experience working within a busy kitchen, ideally working for a branded restaurant;
  • Proven track record managing kitchen team;
  • A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu;
  • A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self;
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way;
  • Previous knowledge and experience in stock takes, ordering, and team management;
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets;
  • Results focussed with an overwhelming desire to succeed.
    You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities
  • Control the food preparation and delegate
  • Ensure the food being prepared and leaving the kitchen is to a high standard and consistent
  • Implement and follow company menu, ensuring standardisation across the dishes and specifications are being adhered to
  • Purchasing of food products and related items from nominated company suppliers
  • Keeping within set budget
  • Regular audit checks are carried out
  • Stock rotation and stock checks carried out
  • Identify your individual team’s areas of development and provide relevant training
  • Rotas
    You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
