Head Chef * Leadership role based in Melbourne CBD * Full time - 85k + super  * Corporate Site - Corporate Hours  Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. THE POSITION * Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production and menu-based catering across functions and internal cafe * Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS * Lead and inspire a brigade of culinary talents and mobilise a brand new kitchen * Maintain efficient operations across multi services and liaising with client and other key stakeholders * Create, cost and execute menus across breakfast & lunch + functions and events  * Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. * Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage THE PERSON * Minimum Cert.
