Responsibilities

Cook and prepare our high volume and signature food items for the Deli, Seafood, and Meat service counters to the highest quality.
Supervision of the Assistant Cook in the Deli Kitchen
Ensure a high level of presentation for serving.
Develop new products and a living menu that transcends seasons.
Be a champion for our Food Control Plan (FCP), and compliance procedures in the store
