We have an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our friendly kitchen team in Cumbernauld.
The role: As Head Chef you will lead and manage your kitchen team.
This will include all aspects of food safety and food management your team and completing training, managing and developing them. You will ensure that only great, delicious food comes out of your kitchen, leaving our guests delighted with their experience at The Coorie In every time, whilst ensuring your kitchen is always compliant with relevant regulations and requirements. We have no front of house/kitchen divides – we are all one team working together to produce the same, fantastic experience for each and every guest who comes to us
