We are seeking a head chef to join our kitchen team. Applicants must have experience working in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant kitchen environment and be confident managing the pass and a team of great people around them.
A good personality, flare, passion and a creative mindset for menu planning are essential and share our vision for cornerstone along with extensive knowledge in HACCP

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience within a professional kitchen environment.
• Extensive culinary experience with a strong emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering collaboration among kitchen staff.
• Previous experience in a cafe/restaurant setting is essential, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
