With multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces, the property showcases the very best of local, seasonal produce, much of which is grown on the estate itself.
They are now seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead their kitchen team, driving creativity and consistency across the outlets while delivering outstanding culinary experiences that celebrate the estate’s provenance. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious culinary professional to shape menus, inspire a brigade, and leave a real mark on a highly regarded venue.
