WHO ARE CURIO. ?

Curio food co was established in 2020. We started trading from a converted horse trailer, popping up at various locations in the north west, festivals, private events etc. We opened our first bricks and mortar premises in June 2024 after building a fantastic customer base whilst serving food from our local area.
Our food focuses on flavours from around the world - creating dishes and sauces from scratch whilst using some great ingredients along the way. Our restaurant has a buzzing atmosphere thanks to our open-kitchen lay out. This atmosphere reflects us as people, where we can interact with customers and deliver a great experience for everyone involved.

We’re hiring a Head Chef who matches are ethos and concept that has been outlined above. Someone who wants to guide an independent to the top.
You will be overseeing every aspect of the day to day running of a professional kitchen. This includes; adhering to food safety management, supplier ordering, staff training, team management, stock control.
You will work closely with management to achieve these goals whilst producing fantastic food in a fast paced environment.
Big egos are common in this industry which is fine but if you’re a bell e** at the same time please don’t apply :)
