Restaurant 1925 at The Pompadour is a modern dining destination rooted in tradition, celebrating refined Scottish produce with contemporary flair. Located within the iconic Caledonian Hotel, we are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take the restaurant into its next exciting chapter.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and consistency.
• Developing seasonal menus that champion Scottish ingredients while delivering innovative, memorable dining experiences.
• Managing all aspects of kitchen operations including stock control, cost management, health & safety, and supplier relationships.
• Driving culinary excellence while maintaining high standards of presentation, flavour, and service.
• Mentoring and developing junior chefs, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
