We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and innovative Head Chef to lead our dedicated culinary team at the iconic Design Museum in Kensington, continuing to elevate the dining experience in this prestigious venue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Innovate: As the Head Chef, you’ll be the ambassador for RA Venues, constantly pushing the boundaries of food innovation while ensuring our offerings remain fresh, high-quality, and on trend.
- Team Leadership: You’ll inspire, motivate, and manage a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that delivers exceptional food and service.
- Culinary Excellence: Take a hands-on approach in planning, organizing, and directing food production, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and style.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Oversee all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety regulations, and COSHH requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to ensure budgetary control, managing kitchen costs effectively while maximizing quality and efficiency.
- Client & Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients and guests to ensure the dining experience is memorable and personalized, maintaining RA Venues’ reputation for excellence.
