    To be successful in this role, you will need to:
  • Always present a compassionate and professional image.
  • Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Recognized catering qualification and experience requires for this post.
  • We are looking for individual who is able to work with cooking fresh seasonal food and deliver Hotel/ restaurant standards and creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menu whilst liaise with residents to tailor the menu around their needs.
  • To have knowledge and competency around the textures food (IDDSI), Allergies and present the meal in the manner that food should appears and taste same.
  • To able to bake nutritional snacks and drinks in the care home.
  • You should have a passion for cooking and serving the food to enhance our residents dining experience and knowledge of national care standards.
  • Able to manage small catering staff team and their performance.
  • Has good understanding of Hand hygiene, infection Control, HACCP, Waste management, COSHH and environmental food standard agency.
  • Experience in stock control, ordering, cleaning, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of nutritional requirements of how to prepare food to the expectation and nutritional value.
