• Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
• Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance to standards
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Control costs and minimise waste
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• To complete all daily/nightly/ weekly cleaning schedule
• To record all food waste in preparation and assembly areas on appropriate waste sheets
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Fast professional speed at busy periods
• Communicating with FOH management to resolve complaints
• Relay all issues to Management
• Adhere to checklists provided, keeping the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
