JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate Full Time Head Chef to join us at our relatively new Bistro in Morecambe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working in a busy kitchen environment and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes. As Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring food safety standards are met, and working together as part of a small team. attention to detail will play a key role in food presentation. The role will involve cooking & preparing food to order, take responsibility for stock control, planning weekly specials, cleaning kitchen and being a vital part of a small team. You must be hard working, enthusiastic but most of all reliable. Immediate start available for the right applicant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent team player
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Must must reliable, trustworthy, have excellent time keeping and be flexible
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £14.00 per hour
