  • Spearhead the culinary vision: Craft mouthwatering menus that cater to our diverse guests, from the restaurant and bar to room service and banqueting operations.
  • Foster a collaborative kitchen: Nurture and develop your team of chefs, ensuring they reach their full potential and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Elevate the hotel’s reputation: Leverage your expertise to position our hotel as a premier dining destination, attracting discerning foodies and loyal patrons.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Head Chef, with a proven track record of leading successful culinary operations.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of diverse cuisines, enabling you to create innovative and visually stunning dishes.
  • Adept at managing a team of chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt quickly to changing demands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
