At Fit AF Nutrition, every meal fuels health, recovery, and confidence. We need a Head Chef who can cook AND think — someone who thrives in the kitchen and in problem-solving mode.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor our kitchen team
• Solve problems in real time (supply issues, production hiccups, workflow bottlenecks)
• Work with dietitians to create meals that actually change lives
• Use systems & tech (Google Sheets, kitchen tools) to keep things smooth and efficient
• Balance food costs with high-quality ingredients
• Keep menus fresh, creative, and health-driven
