HEAD CHEF - CONFERENCE & EVENTS

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head Chef for Conference & Events to run our main kitchen and take our wedding and events food to the next level.
This is a key role and is based in our purpose built and well-equipped main kitchen.
The ideal candidate would be well organised, creative and ambitious and able to think outside the box.

Head Chef - Conference & Events – What are we looking for?

• Be able to deliver a great standard of food for weddings and events.
• The ability to lead a team, communicate effectively and organise and motivate team members
• Able to run the kitchens in the executive chef’s absence
• Lead by example by promoting good practices and a positive work environment.
• Someone who is organised, methodical and clean and tidy and able to hit deadlines.
• Able to work with the senior chef team on menu development and new ideas.
• A good awareness of food safety and health and safety will be needed
• A strong understanding of kitchen finances and food costings will be an advantage.
