• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen across service and prep.
• Designing exciting menus, specials, and event concepts with creativity and profitability in mind.
• Training, mentoring, and developing your team to grow with the business.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met – and exceeded.
• Managing purchasing, suppliers, and stock levels to control waste and costs.
• Being a culinary role model – leading by example in every service.
