Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team for a new Startup for a unique concept in catering setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The Job provides an excellent work life balance and not in a restaurant setting. Provides 5 day work culture Sunday - Thursday

Duties

  • Develop the catering Menu
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Create innovative and appealing menu items while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Supervise food production to deliver high-quality dishes consistently

    Skills

  • Proficient in multi cuisine culinary techniques and kitchen operations

  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in menu development and cost control
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and trends
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
