HEAD CHEF CONTRACT CATERING

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in hospitality, commercial events, and retail to lead our kitchen at Rose Court. This is a key role, and we’re looking for someone who not only brings creativity and operational know-how but also values collaboration and works well across departments.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and oversee food delivery across a diverse range of services – from high-end events to daily café and hospitality offerings. Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar position within hospitality and retail environments
  • A strong understanding of menu planning and food development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to maintaining high standards
