This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and hands-on Head Chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal produce in a high-quality gastro pub environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading the team while maintaining exceptional standards across food quality, service, hygiene, and kitchen management. The role suits a strong kitchen leader who can balance creativity with operational efficiency while developing a motivated and professional brigade.
