Responsibilities
  • Running day-to-day back-of-house operations and maintaining service standards
  • Building and leading a high-performing kitchen team
  • Managing food and labour costs within target
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and compliance with all food safety regulations
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development and launches
  • Upholding ESCA’s standards for consistency, creativity, and quality across every dish and service
