We pride ourselves on providing our guests with unforgettable experiences and are looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead and inspire our established kitchen team.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Develop and create new and exciting menus for our restaurant, special events, and functions
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a high level of profitability without compromising on quality
• Collaborate with the hotel management to align kitchen operations with overall business goals
