WHO ARE THEY?

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef for a beautiful family-owned pub with rooms in the Shropshire countryside. Set to open end of April after being newly refurbished, this is going to be a real destination pub - the food ethos is very sustainability driven, all about making the most of the best local organic produce and championing regenerative farming practices. The wonderful owners also own a nearby cattle farm and kitchen garden that delivers produce to some of London’s best restaurants. This is a real blank slate and an incredible opportunity to shape the future of this pub, put your stamp on things and really make an impact in this beautiful part of the world.
