  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or boutique hotel/restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary background with the ability to create and deliver innovative, guest-focused menus.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximising profitability.
  • Excellent leadership skills - able to inspire, train, and develop a diverse kitchen team.
  • Deep understanding of food safety standards, allergen management, and kitchen compliance.
  • A passion for fresh ingredients, creativity, and providing unforgettable dining experiences.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
