• A confident Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Someone with creative ideas but also happy cooking solid, honest pub food
• Strong leadership in a small kitchen team
• Experience with fresh, simple menus — and able to handle busy service
• A team player who understands this is a community pub, not a corporate kitchen
