We want a Head Chef who brings energy, creativity, and leadership—someone who can drive consistency, quality, and teamwork in a high-paced environment.

You will need:

• Trade qualifications and proven experience in a similar high-volume venue
• Passion for food and commitment to quality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confidence in food safety management, recipe creation, and cost control
• Ability to manage daily kitchen operations with professionalism and flair
