Qualifications Open for both Local Hire (Foreign National) Local Expatriate Assignment candidates & National Talent, subject to applicable work permit and immigration regulations. Mastery in Japanese culinary techniques, including: Teppanyaki & Hot Japanese cuisine preparation Knife skills and meat/fish handling Hot kitchen specialties (tempura, robatayaki, teppanyaki, donburi, etc.) Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and authenticity standards Menu engineering, costing, and kitchen financial control Additional Information Why Join Us?
