  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
