We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our Afro-Caribbean kitchen.

What you’ll do:

  • Run daily kitchen operations & manage a small team
  • Prepare and plate soul food & seafood dishes to a high standard
  • Manage stock, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
  • Ensure smooth service during busy evenings & weekends
