We pay above ‘average’ pay rates and we currently have a vacancy for Head Cook/Catering Manager. The successful candidates will have the following attributes:

1. Prepare and cook meals and snacks following pre-set menus in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations to ensure meals are nutritious, appetising and meet dietary needs.
2. Undertake stock control.
3. Supervise and undertake the cleaning of the kitchen and surrounding areas and also of equipment to ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high level
4. Ensure the security of the kitchen and storerooms is maintained at all times to provide a safe working environment.
5. Attend training courses as required.
6. Ensure your own personal hygiene and cleanliness is of the highest standard
7. Comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations and other policies and procedures
   Shifts are: 8am to 8pm or 8am to 4pm or 9.30am to 5.30pm
8. Oversee the full running of the Kitchen including food ordering, preparation, quality and customer satisfaction. The role will include supervision of staff and meeting with residents to discuss dietary requirements including modified diets.

   Pay: £37,000.00 per year
