As Head Chef/Kitchen Manager,

you will be responsible for all things food-related, ensuring that every item that leaves your kitchen is epic, ideally you’ll:

  • Be passionate, strong kitchen leader, who can train and motivate your team ensure delivery of awesome food for all the guests whilst maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
  • Have an eye for detail, ensuring everything looks as good as it tastes.
  • Have confidence in running all aspects of the kitchen; rotas, stock control & ordering.
  • Have an exceptional understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks.

Successful Kitchen Manager candidates will have:

  • An awesome personality!
  • A love for food and people
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, not afraid to try new stuff!
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef and a background in a fast-paced, volume venue.
