We are a vibrant and upscale bar, known for its premium cocktails, high-energy atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. Located in the heart of the city, The venue attracts a stylish and discerning crowd, offering a top-tier nightlife experience with carefully curated events and entertainment. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our team and drive operational excellence with our West African executed Menu.
Role Overview:
As the Head Chef , you will be responsible for the overall management of the venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and maximizing profitability on food sales. You will lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a fun and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of back of house members
  • Implement and monitor stock control systems to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all Food and Health and Safety regulations and licensing laws are strictly followed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable contracts.
  • Organize and oversee events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior bar management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food, dish preparation and menu organisation
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
