We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager!

We’re looking for a kitchen leader with flair, someone who can take charge of a brigade of 8-10 chefs, keep the pass moving, and still crack a joke or two along the way.

What’s on the menu (aka the job):

• Lead a talented team across brunch, afternoon tea, and weddings
• Five days a week (mostly daytimes, with the odd evening event)45–48 hours
• Keep an eye on GP and product quality without losing sight of the fun
• Get stuck in with prep, plating, and the occasional splash at the pot wash (we all try to muck in!)
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen you’re proud of
• Inspire your team and nurture a fair, respectful kitchen culture

Our perfect Head Chef is someone who:

• Has solid knowledge of GP and food costing
• Understands quality produce and lets it shine
• Can rally the team, stay cool under pressure, and bring out the best in people
• Loves service as much as planning
• Has a sense of humour (no kitchen divas, please!)
