The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of a staff of 10-15.They will also be responsible for the hiring,training and scheduling of all kitchen staff.Their duties will also include food purchasing,costing, inventory controll and menu developement.The candidate must also have excellent interpersonal,communication and organizational skills and have an excellent track record of leadership and motivation.They must also maintain a high level of quality and consistency on a regular basis and have a minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position in a fast paced,high volume environment.This is a working chef position.We are looking for the right individual that won’t be afraid to jump in and get there hands dirty,someone that can lead by example.Red seal certified an asset.Experience in multi cultural cuisines an asset.Benefits available.

Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
