JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team at Oncheon NYC - a modern Korean Shabu-Shabu (Hot Pot) Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience as a chef/cook, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to manage BOH operations efficiently. This role includes training and supervising staff, maintaining food safety, and ensuring the quality of all dishes served.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENT

  • Background or knowledge in Korean or other similar types of cuisine.
  • 3 years of experience as a chef or cook required
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean is a plus
  • Butchering knowledge is a must
