OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food production and preparation. REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a creative flair for menu development.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to interact with both staff and customers.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and best practices for hospitality service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with management to create special events or themed nights that enhance the dining experience.
