Head Chef required for busy restaurant, Working 5 days per week. The restaurant is based just outside Nenagh.
Accommodation can be provided if required. Minimum 3 years experience required.

Tasks will include:

• Purchasing and ordering stock and food
• Menu design, creative food preparation and running fine dining events
• Ensure that the highest standard of food quality, Nutrition, presentation and service are achieved and maintained at all times
• Ensure regular monitoring of menus for variety and cost and to provide innovative ideas for menu planning
• Tailoring recipes and menus for modified Diets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €42,518.63-€60,611.64 per year
