We are seeking an exceptionally well organised and dedicated Kitchen Manager to run a fast paced and vibrant site. The incoming leader will be in charge of approximately 8 chefs and will run the kitchen with a strong second Head Chef/Kitchen Manager.

This position involves a mixture of straights/splits and some days only work. The role is with a leading Leicestershire company. The successful candidate will be equally as comfortable in check on service as managing G.P / Rotas and Health and hygiene regulations.
