JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Head Chef to join the team in the Glasshouse, our award-winning farm-to-fork café. With a genuine love of quality food and drink and a passion for cooking seasonally, you’re an experienced chef ready to lead and inspire a small, talented team.
You’ll create exciting, seasonal menus and daily specials for brunch, lunch and our famous afternoon teas, using vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden, beef from our home farm and game from the family shoot. A champion of locally-sourced food, you’ll liaise with our hero local suppliers, making the most of their exceptional ingredients to deliver high-quality, beautifully-presented dishes.
A strong communicator, you’re calm under pressure, flexible and creative – and will always put our clientele first.
In return, we offer generous staff perks and a great daytime working environment with a warm, welcoming team. 8am-5pm. No Sundays, no evenings.
